The No Need to Wing It! Bootcamp delivered by ACCPA in consultation with Scope Vision, is ideal for people in roles that need to deliver clear, concise, meaningful and relevant information, in both virtual and face-to-face settings. This could include the delivery of training, reporting findings, sharing insights or simply disseminating information to a range of stakeholders.

Designed as 6 focused action-learning sessions, delivered over 2 half days, participants integrate clear messaging principles and practices as they engage with the facilitator and other participants across multiple platforms. The No Need to Wing It! Bootcamp series, builds your confidence and competence in delivering engaging, clear presentations.

  • Adult Learning Matters! Explore how adult learning principles drive learning design principles, facilitation practices and learner experiences.

  • Online facilitation matters!  Explore how preparation prevents poor planning, and planning prevents passionless presenting, pickles, predicaments and problems when facilitating online engagement sessions.

  • Facilitation techniques matter!  Discover how to establish and build rapport in a virtual environment, and design and use complex facilitation techniques to increase engagement. 

  • Learning preferences matter! Examine how learning styles and preferences influence design principles, facilitation practices and learner experiences. 

  • Inclusion matters! Explore how to establish and create an inclusive virtual learning and engagement environment for participants with English as an additional language; discussing the impact of culture on adult learning design frameworks. 

  • Presentation messaging matters! Explore how to adjust the way you communicate ideas and information to a wide range of stakeholders to more effectively achieve desired outcomes.

It can be delivered as an exclusive online boot camp for organisations with 15-25 participants. Sessions are capped at 25 participants.
