SO HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
Research shows that if you are serious about making a change it will take you at least 2 to 3 months. If you answer this question based on this research, 3 to 5 sessions are recommended. For tangible results we recommend one session every 2 weeks then move to one session every month.

Understanding the communication jungle ..... DISC
Have you ever walked away from a person wondering what they just said to you? Chances are that they aren't irrational, they just communicate from a different dimensional intensity to you. Sound like something from a sci-fi movie? Let me introduce you to the concept of DISC. The DISC model, as we know it today, was originally conceived by Harvard Psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston. Marston published the book “The Emotions of Normal People” in 1928, which outlined the basis of the DISC theory. The premise of this theory was that all people demonstrate some behaviour which can be categorised into four dimensions, or quadrants. People don’t belong to only one dimension; it is the intensity of each of the dimensional traits or characteristics that they display that will colour their communication preferences and observable behaviour.
